Come along and join us for this combined day of
Cycling and Pilates for cyclists/runners.
A morning of cycling with Sarah through the quiet roads of Yorkshire with cycle chat and bike maintenance advice followed by a nutritious energy lunch.
In the afternoon a 2 hour Pilates workshop with Clare focusing on core strength and stretching for cyclists and runners and general well-being.
